- Abstract
The World Blossom collection concept revolves around flowers as the epicenter of the world, emphasizing nature’s crucial role in achieving planetary well-being. Viewing the flower as the epicenter creates symbolism; a budding flower symbolizes the voluminous earth, while petals falling represent a flattened map. The versatile and transformative nature of flowers mirrors their indispensable role in all living beings' lives. World Blossom draws inspiration from the global perspective of the world, encompassing travel, cultures, and landscapes. Functionality takes precedence in our three-dimensional bag, representing the world. It can deform and open like flower petals, transitioning from a dimensional object to a flat surface, serving diverse purposes. This simulation aligns with the world-map analogy, showcasing the bag as a representation of the world opening into a 2D reflection.
