- Michele Blasilli is an Industrial & Product Designer, born and raised in Rome, where he graduated from the "La Sapienza" University of Rome. He completed his degree in Industrial Design and earned a Master's degree in Product Design. In December 2016 he completed a first level Master's degree in Industrial Design. He has worked for important Design Companies and design studios, such as Valerio Sommella Design Studio, developing products for Alessi, Plust, Slide, Kundalini. He worked for Nivea Italia developing a new concept for a true and innovative customer experience and a revolutionary new cream package. He was awarded on 29-06-2018 with the "Bronze Award for Design" in the Industrial Design category with his "m0mi" project. Since October 2017 he has been working as furniture and lighting designer at Paolo Castelli Spa, designing and developing luxury products. Over the years he has developed a strong passion for details, 3D modeling and Rendering. His "Dogma" is a complex simplicity, every geometry must be designed as cleanly as possible to achieve a surprising and perfect final model. To better understand this theory, just think of a famous quote: "Less is More" Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Inspired by the Masters of Design, he is very interested in creating beautiful but useful products, like an inventor driven by curiosity and the desire to improve the quality of everyday life.
