My name is Olga. I am 45 years old. I was born in the Soviet Union. My childhood passed behind the Iron Curtain, but I did not know it. It was an abstract concept until I began to dream of traveling around the world. Then I realized that we live in an isolated world, where only privileged people have such an opportunity.
Fortunately, in 1991, when I was 17, we stopped building communism, and the huge Soviet Union fell apart. Now we are also building something, each in its own country. But I do not understand very well what exactly we are building. I just know that there is a lot of garbage and dirt on our construction sites. And people want to hide somewhere from this.
I know one way to do this. I know one opportunity to unite all people, regardless of the language they speak, and the religion they profess. This is art. This is my refuge, a source of inspiration and a way to find peace, tranquility, and beauty.
I became an avid traveler. My love for art and a passion for history make my travels unforgettable even when I'm sitting at home at a computer or a book.
I love beauty in all its forms, but especially - the beauty of the human soul.
Therefore, I invite you to join my trip around our beautiful planet. We will not admire the architectural masterpieces from different countries. And we will not try the local culinary masterpieces, although I really like to eat deliciously. But we will meet amazing people who preserve their cultural identity and support the continuity of their unique traditions. - Who are you?
