Born in Bergamo in 1972, she graduated from the Politecnico di Milano and after working for ten years as an architect in construction industry, she strongly wanted to reorient her work to deal with the design of the object, her great passion.
With a deep love for nature, considers herself lucky to have been able, when she was a child, watching "closely" the animals and plants of the Bergamo countryside. Even today, the nature offers to her, as a starting point of inspiration, the magical harmony of its forms.
References are not so much the great masters of Italian design, but the poetic architecture of Calatrava and the work of some sculptors of the ‘900, especially Moore and Arp. For this reason, many of her subjects, in which the shape can be explored freely, are thought of as small sculptures and suggest a manual modeling of organic shapes.
Participate in contests, and was selected on different occasions and in 2011 she won the fourth edition of "THE HOUSE OF THE THIRD MILLENNIUM", organized by the CNA of Prato, with the project of a seat-carpet unrolled.
She has worked with many companies including Dem Spa, Poltronova Effepi Fittings and was published in various magazines such as Interni and Ottagono.
She believes her work extremely rewarding, both in participation in the project together with the company, both in the intimate satisfaction of knowing that more people, "may live" an object from her drawn.
